Edgbaston Mill, Edgbaston Road, Birmingham
£100 million mixed use development opposite Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
Commercial elements include hotel, retail, restaurants, leisure and office to be developed across two sites in several phases around a significant new public square. Calthorpe Estates, working with Cordwell Properties and Redrow Homes began development on site in 2006.
Calthorpe House, Calthorpe Road, Birmingham
£40 million BREEAM 'Excellent' rated office development of 107,000sq ft.
Following demolition of two former office properties work began on the creation of this new office building in 2007 which was completed in 2009. The property achieved Birmingham's second BREEAM excellent rating for offices (Calthorpe having also achieved the first at 19 George Road), and is the first AAA rated office space to be developed in Edgbaston for more than 20 years.

Demolition of a redundant office tower and ground floor retail space paving the way for a new mixed use development including two hotels, retail, leisure and office.

Pre-let office redevelopment
Replacement of the top storey with two new floors and complete refurbishment of this office with ground floor retail space. The majority of the offices were prelet to a firm of solicitors who will occupy the building on completion of the construction in 2009.

Grade II listed refurbishment
Four listed properties, all in various states of disrepair were completely refurbished to provide individual offices with fantastic character. The scheme was completed in 2007 and all properties were let by the completion of their refurbishment. The scheme was shortlisted for the RICS Conservation award 2007.

Grade II* listed extension and refurbishment
Planning and listed building consent were secured to extend and completely refurbish this grade II* listed building to provide 'Grade A' standard office accomodation, also incorporating low carbon impact measures such as a ground source heat pump, natural ventilation and secondary glazing.
